Restrictions:
Strictly no smoking in the bungalow.
No access to the garage.
Booking:
The bungalow is available primarily for weekly lets but shorter breaks may be made by arrangement.
Rates vary depending on time of year and Bank Holidays. (See the chart below)
AVAILABILITY:
For weekly bookings our normal changeover day is Friday. Weekends available off season. Cleaning will be done between 10am and 4pm, so departures need to kindly vacate by 10am and arrivals after 3pm please. Alternative timings by arrangement.
Linen:
We provide hand towels, bath towels and bedlinen. Please bring your own beach towels. The house is cleaned and linen changed every change over day.
Pets:
Well-behaved pets welcome by arrangement.
Charges:
A deposit of £150 is due at the time of booking and converts to a security deposit at the commencement of rental. The deposit is refundable within 7 days after the end of the rental as per the 'Rental Rules'. The rental amount is due no less than six weeks prior to the commencement of the rental stay.
